• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, while adhering to curriculum standards.
• Student Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress through a range of assessments, including tests, quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Classroom Management: Foster a positive and conducive learning environment, implementing effective behavior management strategies to ensure an orderly and productive space.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills, stay updated with the latest educational trends, and technological advancements in mathematics education.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching resources, communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic and behavioral issues.
• Additional Responsibilities: Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings, performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or school administration.
