Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Professional to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in accordance with physician instructions
  • Administer medication, insulin, and conduct blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests as required
  • Inspect wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal grooming and hygiene needs
  • Conduct regular assessments for muscle weakness, bedsores, and signs of infection
  • Listen attentively to family members' concerns and respond to their queries
  • Provide education and support to caregivers and family members on aftercare and ongoing patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized diets and healthcare plans for improved patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient recovery and compile detailed reports for the attending physician
  • Stay updated on industry developments by participating in workshops, lectures, and training sessions
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and well-being
Requirements:
  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) qualification or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience in home care is advantageous but not essential
  • Fluency in Malayalam language is desirable
