
Senior Business Growth Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a business growth specialist to spearhead our expansion efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with potential clients through outbound calls, email marketing campaigns, and lead qualification
- Develop targeted strategies to increase sales and generate new leads
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to reach new customers
- Negotiate deals and articulate the value proposition to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance to optimize results
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing
- Utilize CRM tools and other software to manage leads and track sales progress
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, or inside sales
- Domestic/International calling experience is mandatory
- Fluency in regional languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.
- Preferably female candidates
- MBA in Sales and Marketing is always preferred
- Proven track record at achieving measurable goals
- Experience in generating executive-level leads for enterprise companies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience working with salesforce.com, Discover.org, One Source, Inside View, and apollo
- Proficient in using Sales Navigator and Email marketing
- Expert in zoom, google, microsoft teams or other virtual conferencing tools and Microsoft office

Education:
- Bachelor's degree
- B.Tech/BE/ B.Sc in Computer Science/IT or relevant Technical background
- M.Tech/ME/M.Sc in Computer Science/IT or relevant Technical background
