The role:

Our ideal candidate will be able to connect with customers instantly, provide video consultation and create a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Video consultation to customers

• Explain the treatment process, highlighting the benefits

• Get trained in and use 3D imaging technology

• Sell our clear aligner system to patients

• Provide best-in-class customer experience to our customers

• Regular follow-ups with potential clients/patients

• Overall problem-solving for customers and coordination as necessary.

Requirements:

• BDS/MDS Qualification Freshers with BDS/MDS degree are also welcome.

• Great communication skills and ability to pitch the product to prospective customers

• Quick learner and eager to learn new things

• Customer-centric mindset and keen on providing solutions to customers

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
