Job Opportunity: Infrastructure Specialist

The Enterprise Mobility division is responsible for building and maintaining the foundation of our technology environment. This team consists of multiple product and platform teams passionate about delivering high-quality solutions through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Act as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security.
  • Develop and document operational procedures and processes.
  • Research and recommend solutions to enhance end-user and business experience.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement), troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
