Key Responsibilities:

  • Offline Design: Design and develop eye-catching menus, posters, billboards, and other printed materials that reflect our brand's identity.
  • Social Media Graphics: Create engaging and visually appealing social media graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more, ensuring consistency in branding and aesthetics across all social media campaigns.
  • Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas based on our company's goals and target audience, working closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into visually impactful designs.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all offline and digital channels, and develop and manage design templates and style guides.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects at once, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are delivered to a high standard, adapting designs based on feedback while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Experience in Offline Design: Proven experience in creating menus, posters, billboards, and other printed materials.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Graphics: Demonstrated ability to design for various social media platforms, ensuring cohesive and engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to create clean, polished designs that reflect a brand's identity while keeping in line with modern design trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, specifically in offline and social media design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of offline and online designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Salary: 35,000 to 50,000 PM
