Airport Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Airport Customer Service Associate to join our team.

• Provide exceptional customer service to airport passengers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.
• Answer queries and resolve issues related to flight schedules, ticketing, and baggage claims.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about airline policies, procedures, and services.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.

• CHECK-IN PROCESS: Manage check-in processes for passengers, including printing boarding passes and issuing tickets.
• BAGGAGE HANDLING: Assist passengers with baggage handling, including checking in luggage and resolving any issues that may arise.
• DATA ENTRY: Accurately enter passenger information into the system, ensuring data integrity and security.
• SERVICE EXCELLENCE: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to passenger inquiries and concerns.

• Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of airport operations, including ticketing, cargo handling, and security procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and lifting may be required.
