Main Responsibilities

- Contribute to the tech roadmap, backlog grooming, and production releases to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building complex, scalable backend systems.
- Strong skills in Java, object-oriented design, and applying design patterns.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and web application design.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and performance optimization.
- Skill in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Solid experience with deployments, server tuning (Apache, Tomcat), and CI/CD.
- Proficient with Git, branching/merging, and version control workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiar with 24x7 production environments and production issue resolution.
- Passionate, ownership-driven, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
