About the Role

This position involves architecting and designing various aspects of software engineering, including extensibility, scalability, security, and design patterns. The ideal candidate will execute proof-of-concepts to validate design decisions and ensure that suggested designs meet requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop architecture and design for software systems
  • Execute proof-of-concepts to validate design decisions
  • Troubleshoot issues in different technologies and environments
  • Architect and design public cloud applications leveraging Azure
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with big data technologies, such as Apache Hadoop and Apache Spark
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
  • Solid programming skills in languages commonly used for data engineering, such as Python, Java, and SQL
  • Knowledge of data warehousing principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with data modeling and data management techniques
