Senior Software Engineer

Our Customer Service Complex Data Solutions team is continuously expanding, and we are passionate about data analytics, AI, and business Intelligence suite.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide second and third-level day-to-day operation support.
  • Help investigate and resolve incidents that were not resolved in lower support levels.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other issues related to our technologies.
  • Manage, propose, and implement necessary changes to production security devices in all Data Centers and premises.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with data warehouses, databases, and platforms for performance tuning, development plans, and hands-on implementation of customer-facing applications.
  • Very good knowledge of performance tuning and stored procedures.
  • A good understanding of primary Teradata and latest Vantage Cloud Lake exposure knowledge.
  • Knowledge and exposure to Snowflake, Matilion, and Generative AI usage experience.
  • Machine Learning Python skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks under time and workload pressure.
  • Advanced English language skills for cross-region collaboration.
