AI Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated AI Engineering Lead to join our team. As the technical leader of our AI engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with 10+ years of experience in developing scalable and secure systems. A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is required, preferably in a product or SaaS company.

You will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered marketing automation platforms. Your expertise should include backend systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), API integration (Meta/Google), and modern tech stacks.

A strong understanding of AdTech/MarTech platforms is essential, particularly in building tools for digital advertising. Experience with AI/ML applications in digital marketing, such as campaign automation, media mix modeling, audience segmentation, etc., is also required.

This role requires someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical vision and architecture of AI-driven marketing automation platforms
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems
  • Evaluate and implement ML/AI models for optimization, targeting, and performance prediction
  • Drive product ideation with the CEO and Product teams
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a product or SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of AdTech/MarTech platforms
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in digital marketing
  • Deep expertise in backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern tech stacks
