As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring quality control.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed site plans and specifications
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes
  • Direct or perform surveys and measurements
  • Have knowledge about excavation processes as well as work height
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets for projects
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities for timely completion of projects
  • Work with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs
  • Perform geotechnical analysis and conduct soil tests for structural foundations
  • Report on work progress and budget matters to seniors
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet project Quality Standards and Design requirements
  • Address problems that may arise during construction
  • Ensure the project complies with all building and safety codes
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • On-site project management experience in civil engineering
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects
  • Proficiency in using project planning and scheduling tools
  • Site Engineer with a degree or diploma in civil engineering with at least 2-3 years' experience

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The Site Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of projects within the allotted timeframe and budget.
