We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Intivion Technologies. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and test automation tools.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.

About the Role:

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of various software products by thoroughly testing them. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing detailed test plans, collaborating with development, UX, and product management teams to understand product requirements, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables for each testing cycle, creating and documenting comprehensive test cases based on product specifications, performing manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications, identifying bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks, tracking defects using appropriate defect management tools, and reporting test progress and issues to higher management.

Requirements:

  • Manual Testing: Experience in manual testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications.
  • Test Case Design: Ability to write clear, comprehensive, and detailed test cases.
  • Bug Tracking Tools: Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem Solving: Good analytical skills and attention to detail to detect defects and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Agile Methodologies: Exposure to Agile methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
  • Automation Knowledge: Basic scripting or programming knowledge for future automation initiatives.
