Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support and Content Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers, create engaging content, and be part of a dynamic organization.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email, social media, and phone calls. You will also be required to translate English content into Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, utilizing your strong language skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing requirements, including blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient task management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Strong command over written and spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience providing support in respective languages.
  • International customer support experience via call or chat is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
