Artificial Intelligence Software Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to design and deliver scalable applications that combine full-stack development with Generative AI and ML expertise.
- Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered applications (backend, frontend, and AI integration).
- Build and integrate large language models, RAG systems, and AI agents.
- Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
- Create modern, interactive user interfaces with React.js / Next.js.
- Work with relational & NoSQL databases, vector databases, and asynchronous processing.
- Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with Docker/Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply machine learning techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).
- 8+ years in full-stack development + AI/ML.
- Strong skills in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js/Next.js.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).
- Solid foundation in traditional machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Cloud, CI/CD, and containerization experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.
