As a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge intelligent systems that transform the legal tech landscape.

Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Our ideal candidate has expertise in designing and implementing scalable agentic AI systems that drive complex workflows and reason over vast legal datasets. They must be adept at crafting autonomous, goal-driven agents that learn and adapt to dynamic environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Architecting and implementing large-scale agentic AI frameworks that execute intricate business processes and provide actionable insights.
  • Researching and integrating novel Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, particularly those leveraging Natural Language Processing and Understanding capabilities.
  • Developing sophisticated legal agents capable of parsing complex documents, making informed decisions, and collaborating with users or other agents to complete multi-step tasks.
  • Utilizing industry-leading frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Function Calling, and Semantic Kernel to create robust multi-agent workflows.
  • Refining and integrating large language models using PEFT, LoRA, and RAG techniques to tackle domain-specific challenges.
  • Designing and deploying scalable infrastructure for managing the AI lifecycle, including training, inference, monitoring, and continuous learning.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science, coupled with deep expertise in Machine Learning and Natural Language Understanding.
  • Proven experience building or integrating agentic AI systems, including AutoGPT-style agents, goal-oriented LLM pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Spacy.
  • Experience developing and scaling ML models (LSTMs, BERT, Transformers) in production.
