Job Summary:

A Workday Financial Support Specialist is needed to provide high-quality application management and functional support to clients using Workday Financials.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve client issues, manage enhancements, and ensure their Workday environment is stable, optimized, and aligned to their business needs.
  • Provide hands-on expertise across core financial modules, a strong understanding of business processes, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a support, analyst, or consultant role with hands-on Workday Financials experience.
  • Functional expertise in at least three of the following modules:
    Financial Accounting
    Procurement
    Expenses
    Projects
    Assets
    Customer Accounts
    Supplier Accounts
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with Workday EIBs, Workday Reports, and basic security concepts.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Key Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Workday EIBs, Workday Reports, and basic security concepts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
