Fixed Income Specialist

Sales Support & Execution:

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to assist in executing day-to-day bond trades.
  • Provide last-mile conversion support and participate in joint client calls with Relationship Managers (RMs).
  • Resolve post-sales queries for both clients and the sales team.

Product Management:

  • Compile and share daily investment options by coordinating with vendors for updated product information.
  • Develop cash flow models and pricing for various bonds.
  • Track ratings of debt instruments, regularly updating the team on upgrades and downgrades.
  • Monitor and share insights on the ongoing Debt Mutual Fund basket.

Training & Enablement:

  • Train the Sales Team on all available products, ensuring strong product understanding and effective positioning.

Research & Ideation:

  • Conduct research and analysis of various investment products in the fixed income market.
  • Ideate and propose strategies to promote onboarded debt products, including preparing creative materials for circulation.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and product pitch content.

Business Development:

  • Drive business mobilization and revenue growth in Fixed Income and Structured Products through the Sales Team and digital channels.
  • Increase productivity and product penetration among the client base.
  • Build partnerships with Asset Management Companies for new product launches.
  • Ensure synergy with other verticals of the organization for cross-selling and collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of fixed income products, bond markets, and related financial instruments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
