Japanese Language Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Japanese Language Expert.

This role requires a strong background in linguistics, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective language training programs for employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, process orientation, and a strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Japanese Language proficiency is a must (N3 Level)
  • Develop and implement effective language training programs for employees across the organization
  • Collaborate with HR teams to drive continuous improvement working collaboratively across the Europe Region
  • Maintain high standards of performance and lead by example
  • Travel as required for initial training/orientation and possible future training/development

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years operations experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate at all levels
  • High degree of influencing skills across peer group and more senior levels
