Our organization seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of strategic projects in the airline sector. This key role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their business needs, defining project scope, and developing actionable plans.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of airline operations, systems, and processes, as well as a proven track record in project management, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership. They will lead end-to-end delivery of airline domain projects, ensuring that scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met.

Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies using agile/waterfall or hybrid methodologies. The successful candidate will also coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business analysts, and third-party vendors.

They will monitor and report project progress through regular status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetings, while ensuring adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards in all project phases. Additionally, they will drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field, and PMP/Prince2 certification is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years managing projects in the airline or aviation industry.

Strong knowledge of airline systems such as PSS (Passenger Service Systems), DCS (Departure Control Systems), revenue management, loyalty systems, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) is essential. Hands-on experience in managing enterprise applications, digital transformation, or system integration projects in an airline context is also required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar. They must be able to work in a global delivery model and manage geographically distributed teams.
