We are seeking a skilled and experienced educator to lead our Primary Years Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and review the curriculum in alignment with International Baccalaureate (IB) guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective delivery of the programme and foster a culture of inquiry and reflection.
  • Provide guidance and support for teachers in developing transdisciplinary units and inquiry-based learning experiences.
  • Organize and lead professional development workshops and training sessions for staff.
  • Engage with parents and the school community to promote understanding of the programme.
  • Coordinate and support student assessments and maintain records as per IB requirements.
  • Stay updated with IB developments and changes to ensure adherence to IB standards.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including teachers, parents and the IB organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • IB Coordinator training or certification
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching and strong understanding of the IB framework
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong leadership abilities and commitment to professional growth
