Software Development Project Manager

A key member of the development team is required to lead and coordinate software projects from start to finish. They will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle.
As a senior developer, you will work closely with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the software development lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with experience in JIRA/Confluence, are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Manage and prioritize competing tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance skill development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
Core Skill Set:
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design patterns.
- Experience with cloud-based and on-premises solutions, including deployment strategies and system scalability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with middleware solutions like Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), SOAP/REST APIs, and XML-based data integration.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding of MBOM, PBOM, and other manufacturing operations concepts.
