About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage software development projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving projects forward.

  • Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day execution to ensure on-time delivery of software projects.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates and status reports.
  • Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in software development project management, preferably in client-facing or digital services roles.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
