Job Description

As a seasoned Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of industrial manufacturing systems. You will oversee the integration of various modules, including MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L, to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Siemens Opcenter solutions, with a proven track record of integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, LIMS, CALVIN, PLM, and ERP (SAP) is also required.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze manufacturing processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of industrial manufacturing systems.
  • Integrate Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM, ensuring synchronization of materials, BOMs, and work orders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and integration plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Implement data validation, audit trails, and regulatory compliance measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter solutions.
  • Proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, LIMS, CALVIN, PLM, and ERP (SAP).
  • Expertise in integration technologies: web services, APIs, middleware (e.g., ESB, SOAP/REST, XML).
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data mapping/transformation processes.
