Key Responsibilities

  • Tackle first-time, complex challenges across diverse genres at the intersection of analytics, product, and growth.
  • Improve cost per install for new shows, scale high-performing content, and test paid and organic channels to drive sustainable growth.
  • Maximize revenue, improve retention metrics, and enhance user lifetime value.
  • Shift user acquisition testing from thumbnail optimization to AI-driven experiments and scale realistic AI-generated videos for content distribution.
  • Optimize content adaptation for broader appeal and identify high-potential growth shows across key categories.
  • Maintain and scale live-action content as a core part of our ongoing operations, leveraging A/B testing and advanced analytics to optimize content performance and acquisition strategies.
