Senior Legal Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and strategizing litigation matters, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and safeguarding company interests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Litigation Management: To manage, monitor and resolve all litigation matters in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Labour & Employment Matters: To handle labour disputes, negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with employment laws.
    • Regulatory & Compliance: To advise on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Contractual Disputes: To negotiate and settle contractual disputes in favour of the company.
    • Liaison & Representation: To represent the company in various forums and liaise with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, civil, criminal, labour and industrial laws.
  • Experience in handling litigations related to manufacturing/mining/cement industry.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple litigations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Gujarati (read, write, speak).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
  • 6–12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in a manufacturing or cement sector.
  • Exposure to labour disputes, land & mining laws, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
