Job Opportunity

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our organization.

  • This role involves providing support in the areas of recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

About the Role

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Manage employee records, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
