About this Role

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our AI training program. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and making complex concepts accessible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging live online sessions on core AI topics including Data Analytics & Visualization, Machine Learning & Deep Learning, Generative AI & Agentic AI Systems, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, AI Strategy & Business Use-Cases, AI Ethics & Responsible AI, AI in Digital Transformation, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Designing lessons that are practical and application-focused.
  • Incorporate real-world case studies and examples to demonstrate the integration of AI into various industries and functions.
  • Encourage active learning through discussions, hands-on activities, and project work.
  • Mentor learners, supporting them with project guidance, assignment feedback, and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to ensure smooth delivery and an excellent learner experience.
  • Stay current with AI trends, tools, and industry applications to bring the latest insights to your teaching.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in the AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science space.
  • 2+ years of experience teaching online, preferably to adult learners or business professionals.
  • Strong grasp of both technical depth and business application.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Tableau/Power BI, and Git.
  • Understanding of AI's strategic role in automation, decision-making, and innovation across industries.
  • Genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
