Job Title: Senior Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead to oversee quality assurance efforts for a web domain project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software applications.
  • Lead and manage a team of QA specialists, including mentoring and providing technical guidance.
  • Manage testing for high-traffic software applications serving client sites.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Selenium or alternate tools.
  • Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills to think through new application and strategize testing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or alternate automation tools.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or related field.
  • Certifications in software testing are highly desirable.
