This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance and a strong background in test automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop Automated Test Scripts: Create efficient and effective automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Analyze Results and Report Defects: Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
- Document and Track Defects: Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
- Improve Test Automation Frameworks and Processes: Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct Performance and Regression Testing: Conduct performance and regression testing to ensure system stability and scalability.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation, proficiency in test automation tools, and a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with performance testing tools, knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and tools, and certification in software testing or quality assurance are preferred.
