Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Manual and Automated Testing: Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Bug Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with software development and testing standards.
  • Test Result Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC, hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation and API testing, proficiency in SQL queries for database validation, familiarity with bug tracking tools, understanding of Agile methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
