ERP Process Specialist

  We are seeking a skilled ERP Process Specialist to oversee technology risk management activities in the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

• \
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure Data Integrity and Business Continuity.\
• Maintain regulatory compliance for Manufacturing process, including overseeing technology risk management activities and managing user access privileges.\
• Take overall responsibility for Technology risk management activity in ERP for Manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.\\[li>Ensure ERP user management access privileges and password, as well as regulatory requirement configuration of critical fields and validation for Manufacturing process in Plant.\\[li>Integrate between ERP and Government Portal API with master configuration and management, as well as customize Legal document output Form as PFI, e-Invoice Copy, COA, PO interfacing with customer and vendor.\\[li>Identify High, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business process, develop MIS report for compliance Regulatory requirement, Finance requirement, and monitor System implementation, Support, system analysis, application & data integration, logical system security.\\[li>Ensure ERP S/W up-to-date as Latest Build No. for compliance requirement of GST and TDS with coordination of Service provider and consultant, troubleshoot all technology issues, formulate strategy and policy for effective and efficient function of ERP process.\\[li>Purchase, receive, and account for ERP modules for upgrade of business process, coordinate with Plant IT and other team for ERP implementation and support, build and manage stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.\
• Graduate from Technical (BE/BCA)/Master (MBA/PGDBM/MCA) with Minimum 5-year Experience in PERP all module as (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Pay roll and Personal).\
