**Job Description:**

We are seeking a high performance engineer to work with our development teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating performance test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test execution, results analysis, and providing insight into potential performance issues.

The ideal candidate will have mandatory experience with performance testing tools such as Loadrunner and Neoload. A strong background in ERP application performance testing is also required.

The role involves partnering with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns. The candidate will communicate and help remediate performance issues observed during testing.

The successful candidate will also integrate performance tests in CI/CD pipeline and establish a continuous build and test cycle. Additionally, they will develop high-quality performance test engineering principles, test strategies, and best practices.

In this role, the candidate will lead, mentor, and coach QA staff on testing best practices and efforts. They will also provide input and direction on continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Mandatory 5-7 years of Performance Engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Testing tool (i.e. Loadrunner, Neoload)
  • Hand-on ERP application Performance testing exp on ERP Applications
