Build a High-Performing Backend Infrastructure

We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to drive the development of our platform's core components. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend solutions using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build high-performance backend components that integrate with our frontend interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Work on search and external API integrations to enhance user experience.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols, as well as monitoring and observability tools.
  • Maintain awareness of data regulations, including GDPR and other relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend engineering and system architecture.
  • Strong understanding of data flows, infrastructure, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, backend/frontend integration, and secrets management.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, caching, object storage, and streaming systems.
