Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Fraction Tech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, using CRM software to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and prospect management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with potential customers.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented, with the ability to create effective presentations.
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated sales results and a proven track record of success.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with an MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 0-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
