About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive - Finance, responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting standards, experience with SAP S4 HANA, and excellent analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing consolidated and standalone books of accounts, reviewing and issuing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports
  • Review and issue Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines
  • Data for RPT compliance
  • Accounting for critical aspects ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits etc.
  • High standards of accuracy maintained in representation of financial data and ensure timely and error-free statutory financial reporting
  • Review and approve the Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end
  • Review consolidated reports and reason analysis for key variances
  • Assist internal and external auditors with smooth query resolution for issues related to consolidation
  • Provide recommendations to improve current Consolidation process by reducing overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT)

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting process preferably in same/similar industry
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system
  • Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles
  • Expert in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation
