About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Leader to spearhead our technical direction and platform execution.

  • Design and develop scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world environments.
  • Drive technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.
