Experienced professionals with a strong background in SAP FI are sought after to work on complex financial accounting projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancements of SAP FI modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive solutions for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
  • Lead the implementation of end-to-end projects, ensuring seamless integration with CO, MM, and SD modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP FI modules, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, providing production support as needed.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7+ years of SAP FI experience with at least 2–3 full life cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting.
  • Good knowledge of integration points between FI and other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD).
  • Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, IFRS/GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Finance.
  • Knowledge of Treasury, Cash Management, and New Asset Accounting.
  • SAP FI Certification.
