Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle JD Edwards Finance Specialist to support and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems for our global client base.

About the Role:

This Oracle JD Edwards Finance Specialist will be responsible for providing first and second-line support to clients, ensuring service level agreements are met, creating functional solutions based on defined business requirements, and liaising with internal and external resources to ensure optimum application performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  • Create tailored solutions to address client needs, aligning with defined business requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure application fixes and changes meet business needs and are delivered on time.
  • Manage problem resolution to minimize the impact of incidents on clients' businesses.
  • Collaborate with junior specialists to share expertise, contribute to team success, and drive process improvements.
  • Nurture relationships between Global Support teams and within the Redfaire group.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution according to prioritization, communicating effectively on status updates.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance, preferably in a support or implementation role.
  • Proven knowledge of all JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • Domain expertise in core finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
  • JD Edwards World Software experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Able to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, employing a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills, initiative, clear communication, and accountability.
