Job Title: Enterprise Software Consultant

Description:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our JD Edwards ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in finance and cross-functional modules, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans for organizational restructuring.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and compliance needs.
  • Configure and support various modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.
  • Manage intercompany settlements, period-end closures, and reporting requirements.

Data Migration & Integration:

  • Lead historical data extraction and transfer to acquiring entities.
  • Ensure seamless integration with systems like SAP, Hyperion, and EBS during transitions.

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement SOX-compliant security protocols using tools like All Out.
  • Generate and review sensitive access and firefighting ID reports.

Documentation & Training:

  • Prepare as-is/to-be process documents, runbooks, and training materials.
  • Conduct user training and create self-help documentation to reduce support tickets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP, with a focus on finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
