Rebate Specialist

At the heart of every successful business lies a well-structured rebate program. As a Rebate Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing such programs to drive growth and profitability.

Job Description:

  • Configure Vistex modules for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP, ensuring seamless integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
  • Apply Vistex best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims, providing trusted advisor services to clients.
  • Create blueprints, design specifications, and manage the entire testing cycle, including unit tests and defect management, to ensure successful adoption of the Vistex solution.
  • Deliver end-user training and support to guarantee a smooth transition to the new system.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Vistex Proficiency: In-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.
  • SAP SD Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and an understanding of its integration with Vistex.
  • Business Understanding: Solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to perform configuration, and possibly minor developments or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.
