We are seeking a highly skilled Glaucoma Surgeon to join our team in Howrah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing surgeries independently and be well-versed in all OPD and clinical procedures of Ophthalmology.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals at one of our centers, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform glaucoma surgeries independently and with minimal supervision.
• To lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• To maintain high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• MS/MD in Ophthalmology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in glaucoma surgery.
• Excellent surgical and clinical skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
