About this Corporate Yoga Instructor Role

Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and driven instructor who can lead and grow the yoga vertical of our corporate wellness program. This role goes beyond just teaching - you'll be the subject matter expert (SME) and point person for yoga within our wellness ecosystem, responsible for delivering engaging sessions and ensuring smooth execution at an organisational level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach high-quality, inclusive yoga sessions tailored to corporate employees, from beginner to advanced levels.
  • Design structured yoga and mobility programs that align with our organisational wellness goals.
  • Execute consistently: maintain session schedules, attendance, and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with the broader wellness team to integrate yoga into holistic wellness offerings.
  • Take ownership of the yoga vertical - bring creative ideas and ensure they are implemented effectively.
  • Collect feedback, track participation, and report outcomes to continuously improve programming.
  • Support wellness events, challenges, and workshops beyond regular classes.

What We're Looking For:

  • A certified Yoga Instructor with 200-hour or above recognised certification.
  • 2-4 years of teaching experience in corporate or group class environments.
  • A strong execution mindset, coupled with professionalism, punctuality, and dependable attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse groups of employees with confidence.
  • A passion for driving wellness at scale and making yoga accessible to people of all backgrounds.
