Unlocking Health Data Insights

PulsePoint, a fast-growing healthcare technology company, is seeking an experienced data scientist to join its innovative team. As a Sr. Data Scientist, R&D, you will play a critical role in transforming healthcare through real-time data.

Your responsibilities will include building and delivering insightful reporting and data-driven solutions, alleviating friction points, and streamlining processes that enable internal teams to provide exceptional service. You will work closely with data sets, leveraging your expertise in data science and statistics to contribute to R&D projects for DTC, new Data Products, and Bespoke Segments expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience in:
  • Creating SQL queries from scratch using real business data;
  • Highly proficient knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, functions)
  • Data analysis & manipulation
  • Python
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or closely related field
  • Knowledge of Distributed Systems. PySpark, for large-scale data processing.
  • Experience with Containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes
  • Proven experience of experimentation methods and Stats modeling in support of product development and optimization
What We Offer

The selection process includes multiple rounds of interviews, including an online SQL test, initial screen, hiring manager interview, data science manager interview, interview with Sr. Data Scientists, and interview with SVP of Data.
