Visual Storyteller & Motion Designer

Transform how millions experience AI-powered communications with dynamic visuals and engaging narratives.

We're looking for a creative professional who can craft compelling motion-driven visuals, translating UX/UI flows and brand messaging into UI transitions, explainer sequences, promotional videos, and dynamic content across web, mobile, and marketing channels.

This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about storytelling through motion design.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize motion concepts before execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align storytelling, visual tone, and brand consistency.
  • Develop animations using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator, Rive), ensuring quality from concept to final render.
  • Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enrich visual craftsmanship.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

We seek a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer/Animator with:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years in motion graphics or related roles—preferably in technology, product, or agency environments.
  • A strong reel or portfolio showcasing storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations.

 

Essential Technical Skills

We utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools including:

  • Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, RIve.
  • Bonus if experienced with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
