Job Overview:

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an Identity & Access Management – Data Services function.

Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate user data to Onecert and ensure processes are followed without deviations.
  • Monitor data quality and achieve monthly metrics.
  • Ensure user lists are extracted, sourced, converted, and uploaded to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and follow a defined escalation process.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for user list sourcing and address application limitations.
  • Identify and mitigate IAM process risks and support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Conduct periodical reviews and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.

Regulatory Compliance & Business Conduct:

  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to Group's values and code of conduct.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and Group code of conduct.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve Bank's conduct principles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Excel VBA and Macros certification
  • English language proficiency

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Identity & Access Management – Data Services function. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage data quality and achieve monthly metrics.
