Identity Access Management Specialist

- Resolve Level 2 issues, implement minor enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the IAM platform.
- Handle L2 support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues.
- Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
- Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.
- Collaborate with Level 3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
- Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
- Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
