Kounsel is a cutting-edge technology company based in San Francisco, revolutionizing counseling services with innovative AI-driven projects. We're seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web applications.

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Kounsel, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences using React, Next JS, and other cutting-edge technologies. Your primary focus will be on optimizing performance, developing pixel-perfect UI components, and integrating third-party libraries such as Firebase, Mixpanel, S3, and GCP.

You will work closely with our engineering team members to design and implement responsive web pages, ensuring optimal user experience across various devices. In addition, you will collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver new features, enhancements, and platform improvements.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in React application development, experience with Next JS, and familiarity with Angular application development. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, including proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, is required.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is mandatory. Additionally, we require experience with Material Design and the Material Component Library, as well as expertise in software development principles, including design patterns, code structure, programming languages, continuous integration, and deployment architecture.

If you have experience working with design tools such as Figma and Zeplin, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply. You will also need to be available to work during U.S. Business hours (EST/CST/PST) and have high-speed internet to participate in technical video meetings.
