Job Overview
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Associate to play a key role in executing impactful brand campaigns that bring creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and production partners to develop and execute innovative brand solutions.
  2. Work closely with the Creative team to ideate on concepts, using insights about the client, brand, and business to create effective solutions.
  3. Lead the execution of these ideas, handling all moving parts, and working within set timelines.
  4. Ensure seamless communication with clients as the main point of contact to guarantee alignment between ideas and their execution with the brand vision and business objectives.
  5. Contribute to brainstorming, ideation, and driving innovation for projects, staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns.
  6. Prepare detailed campaign reports to maximize learning after each campaign or project is concluded.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or media.
  • Strong interest in culture, particularly pop culture and independent sub-cultures in India and globally.
  • Essential skills include teamwork, work ethic, getting things done, and always learning.
