Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Brand Experience Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the visual identity and storytelling voice of our brand. This is an ownership role where you will shape our brand's look, tone, and engagement strategy.

As a Brand Experience Designer & Visual Storyteller, you will create everything from logos and dashboards to viral social campaigns using the latest AI design tools. You will work closely with our founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Fluencity's visual language including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and digital product UI/UX
  • Lead creation of content for Instagram, Twitter including reels, carousels, infographics, case studies, and videos
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns that boost brand resonance and community growth worldwide
  • Use AI-powered tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva to create and iterate faster
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize content for maximum engagement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2–4 years experience in brand design, digital marketing, or social media content creation (startup experience a plus)
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing
  • Deep understanding of digital storytelling and creator economy aesthetics
  • Experience with AI design and content generation tools to supercharge your creativity
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, campaign materials, social content, and product design
  • Excellent written English; Hindi or multilingual skills a plus
  • Proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment
